Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven Payroll Manager and People Ops with experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll functions for Singapore, Japan, Australia, South Korea and India.

In this role, you will:

- Manage relationships with Payroll vendors in these countries
- Assess efficiency of these vendors and propose solutions
- Validate pre and post payroll results
- Design and implement processes to ensure accurate and controlled payrolls.
- Collaborate with the accounting teams regarding the payroll entries
- Prepare tax fillings as needed and provide payroll and tax advice towards the People team.
- Support annual internal and external payroll audits
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
- Support the HR admin team in the region.
- Address any payroll questions from employees
- Work closely with cross functional teams with the People, Total Rewards and Finance team

You might be a good fit if you have:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience processing payroll in one of these countries.
- A strong knowledge of local payroll tax laws and requirements
- The ability to work well independently and as a team member in a time sensitive environment.
- Advanced Excel and Google sheets skills (required)
- Experience with India payroll and requirements preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
