**Creative Director (SG)**

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the entertainment industry.

As a Creative Director, you will lead a team of thinkers and doers and bring a mix of creative and marketing expertise with a sound understanding of business context and experience with thought leadership in the industry.

Role:

- You will lead, inspire and drive campaigns across various projects for our client through compelling creative work and brand strategy by working closely with the rest of the team.
- You will be responsible for the art direction, design (graphic motion graphics, print and UX / UI) and content creation of engaging and innovative digital assets in various formats.
- Create and lead cross-channel visual communication strategies and execution
- Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences through quality-driven design
- Become the key decision-maker and a team leader who can adapt to changing requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, lead projects from a creative point of view, mentor others, provide feedback and oversee creative process and output
- Lead, collaborate and integrate with clients’ marketing, branding, creative and other teams and departments.
- Staying abreast of and capitalising on emerging industry trends
- Stay relevant and in the know of the client's products and services

You:

- 8+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience,
- Experience in leading a medium-large sized team, growing, mentoring and managing teams to produce high-calibre creative work
- Cross-channel visual language strategies and execution across digital, print, events and motion
- A trained eye for expertly crafted layouts and typography.
- A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
- Team player with open communication to ensure we’re always on the same page
- Well-organised and able to manage the team’s time working towards deadlines
- Ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative design achievements with limited timeframes
- Solid experience with a full range of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
- Knowledge of After Effects and animation would be a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.
