**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely navigate and operate a charter vessel under various conditions, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew.
- Assist with charter passenger requirements on the boat.
- Plan and follow the most efficient and safe routes, considering weather, tides, and regulatory restrictions.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and basic repairs on the vessel to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with maritime authorities, port personnel, and the crew to ensure compliance with all regulations and to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of voyages, incidents, and maintenance activities in accordance with maritime laws and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- PPCDL and above.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime laws, navigation, and safety procedures.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle emergency situations.
- Customer oriented personality would be a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended voyages.
