Lollababy is a high growth B2C e-commerce start-up that specialises in medical and wellness devices for babies and young children. We are committed to creating safe and reliable products for families with approval from various health authorities in the US and in Singapore.

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Lollababy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our online platforms.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and implement effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Performance Ads**:

- Plan, create, and manage performance-based advertising campaigns across different platforms, such as Facebook Ads and Google AdWords.
- Conduct thorough analysis and optimisation of ad campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve set KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

**Physical Events Planning**:

- Coordinate and plan physical events, including seminars, baby fairs, and pop-up stores, to promote Lollababy products and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Develop creative event concepts and execute strategies to attract and engage target audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, performance advertising, and event planning.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and knowledge of child-related products is a plus.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
