**Summary**:

- They are implementing new IT systems to reduce reliance on shareholders
- This role involves enhancing critical business systems, such as trading and risk management, in a Python/ Azure/ C# environment.
- The focus is on developing in-house capabilities for ongoing system customization, integration, and the creation of bespoke systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- In-depth business knowledge, developing features for credit and ETRM systems, showcasing technical skills in database administration, Python/C# development, and automation.
- The role involves improving system integration, unit testing, source code structure, and collaborating with IT for system enhancements.
- The analyst developer supports end-to-end test automation, continuous integration, and ensures high-quality software delivery within an agile environment.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- 5-10 years of overall experience with advanced coding skills in Python or C#.
- Strong experience in SQL and PowerShell.
- Proficiency in cloud-based architectures, including Databricks, Azure functions, and ADF.
- Service-oriented development, data access development, and extensive SQL Server skills.
- Familiarity with Azure services, data orchestration using Azure Data Factory, and reporting tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/UI frameworks and cloud experience in Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven work experience in energy trading, commodities trading, or corporate banking.
