**Your Impact**
The Digital Workplace team is leading the digital transformation of Goldman Sachs, introducing innovative technologies and workflows to change the way Goldman Sachs does work and engages with its customers. Within Digital Workplace the Collaboration and Productivity Team manages a wide array of products which are used by every employee at the firm. Microsoft 365 is a critical piece of how we do business, and we’re looking for someone to join the team that is responsible for supporting the overall operation of M365 at the firm. You will be the point of escalation for business critical issues.

**How will you fulfill your potential?**
- Engineer and implement automations to improve system operation
- Review and implement monitoring solutions to detect and remediate issues to reduce risk of incidents
- Assist during incidents and act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd level support teams

**Basic Qualifications**
- Knowledge of modern networking technologies and how they operate (switches, routers, firewalls, etc)
- Batch scripting experience (PowerShell, etc)
- Experience working with change and incident management processes
- Support experience within a highly demanding and regulated environment
- Strong communication skills, transparency, ownership and accountability
- Strong problem solving skills coupled with quick learning ability in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of relevant experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience and knowledge in various operating systems and software deployment platforms (Windows servers, Windows 10, WSUS, MECM, GPO, etc.)
- Experience in M365 monitoring, alerting and reporting
- Knowledge of one or more SMTP relay products (Proofpoint Protection Server/Postfix/SendMail etc.)
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention solutions including Microsoft AIP/DLP
- Experience with M365 administration roles such as Exchange admin, Office Apps admin and Edge administrator
