**The Opportunity**: P&C Senior Actuarial Analyst, Asia Pacific

We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join the regional P&C team based in Singapore. The role will provide an opportunity to work across different markets and products within the Property & Casualty business unit. In the actuarial pricing team, the key responsibilities relate to providing to product owners pricing recommendations which are based on sound actuarial analyses. These activities can include:
Detailed portfolio review to identify pricing/underwriting actions that should be taken to enhance profitability.

Build/maintain pricing models which can include predictive modelling techniques such as GLM and Machine Learning.

Account pricing for larger policies where there is sufficient claims experience to do so.

Design and develop monitoring infrastructure to track key performance metrics for strategic portfolios.

Present technical results to a wide range of internal stakeholders including frontline business owners and management.

Provide support to the rate monitoring of our portfolios.

Extract and manipulate data from internal and external data sources for analytical work.

Enhance quality of data and processing efficiency to meet expanding business needs as the P&C portfolios grow.

This role will have close engagement with the stakeholders of various countries and products. The ability to interact with colleagues from different backgrounds and communicate in a direct and prompt manner will be critical to success in this role and further opportunities within the Chubb global network.

**Requirements**:
4-5 years of experience in an actuarial role for general insurance. Experience in the pricing function will be considered favourably.

Part-qualified actuary with progression towards qualification.

Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
