- Singapore, SingaporeProduct Audiologist
- You will be responsible with:
- To provide technical and product training, support to sales and marketing activites on audiology and Phonak products to Phonak partners, end users and internal staffs. To effectively manage regulatory affairs with Health Science Authority.- Support audiology matters related matters to customers orders and liaising with customers in configuration of orders
- Customer visits for training and problem solving and understanding of their serivce and repair needs
- Develop, refine and continuous improvement on process for product quality improvement and smooth work flow to maintain overall quality standards and procedures
- Provide technical service and product training to external stakeholders
- Provide up to date training on all company products and software to internal stakeholders
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Provide support to implementation, practice and maintenance of quality standards for Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMDS-Governed by Health Science Authority of Singapore) and ISO 13485*
**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor or Master in Audiology
- At least 3 years experience in working as an Audiologist and sound knowledge of the technical aspect.
- Exposure to ERP system is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
