**Responsibilities**:
1. Attend to customer's requests for container re-use, cargo claims, cross-bookings, container detention, damage container handling, and depot cleaning/washing issues.
2. To manage customer’s shipment request and communicate promptly
3. Exception handling, problem resolution and continuous improvement

**Job Requirement**:
1. Strongly preferred with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in shipping or freight forwarding
2. Preferred knowledge of export\import and transshipment regulations and requirements
3. Fast learner, high degree of confidence and able to evaluate an issue from a broad perspective and assuming lead roles
4. Must be able to multi-task, stay organized and accurate within a noisy/busy work environment
5. Container services experience, knowledge and skills a plus but not required.
