**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Monitor and analyse global LNG markets, including supply, demand, pricing, financing and regulatory developments.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profitability and mitigate risks inherent in LNG trading portfolios (Physical, Spot and Long Term).
- Negotiate and execute LNG supply and purchase agreements (SPAs) with counterparties, including financiers, producers, suppliers, and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as risk management, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of trades and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and keep abreast of the latest industry trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the LNG industry, including financiers, producers, traders, brokers, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and manage the entire LNG supply chain logistics, including transportation, storage, and delivery schedules.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on trading activities, market trends, intelligence, developments, and trading performance to management.
- Prepare and develop

**i. **Frameworks for evaluating deals and trades, including shipping/freight terms;
**ii. **Risk management framework;
**iii. **Valuation models;
**iv. **KYC processes;
**v. **Standard document templates for NDAs, credit and terms sheets, SPAs and other relevant documents required for proper execution of trade / deals.

**Requirements**:

- Good degree in business finance or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge and strong understanding of global LNG supply chain, Including network of relationships with key players in the industry
- At least 10 years of proven track record in LNG trading
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for details.
- Good knowledge of laws, financing, regulations and practices associated with LNG trading.
- Familiarity with relevant trading systems, market data analytics tools, price reporting software or trading platforms.
- Ability to work effective in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
