- Take assignment of projects from Project Directors and delegate works to Architectural/Technical Coordinators.
- Review manpower of production officers.
- Lead the team of Architectural Coordinators and Technical Coordinators
- Coordinate and ensure consistency of architectural and building details within office.
- Liaise and resolve technical requirements, when needed, with Technical Officer in Authorities Submission matters.
- Keeping records of and organizing:
- design & working drawings
- design information & data
- materials & product information & data
- Coordinating production of Auto-Cad drawings from Production office, locally and overseas.
- Coordinating and organizing construction documents & drawings.
- Coordinating with suppliers on matters of architectural design.
- Coordinating and meeting with Consultants on matters of design & building regulations.
- Coordinating with Contractors on matters of building construction.
- Reporting to the Project Director/Associate/Architect on all the aforementioned matters.
