**Job Description**:
**The role**

We are looking for a (Senior) TMS Technical Manager to join our Customer Delivery Solutions teams in Singapore. You will report to the TMS Solutions Lead and you will take the lead in influencing and driving the business to align with the the strategic direction for WMS (Warehouse Management System) product development and delivery.

As a (Senior) TMS Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Technical exploration and hands-on analysis of IT systems and solutions for transport management
- Leading and managing collaboration in technical engagements involving business, architecture, integration, security and/or infrastructure stakeholders, including vendors
- Specifying and driving execution of technical work in support of new initiatives, continuous improvement and issue remediation
- Engaging with implementations on technical due diligence (especially non-functional aspects), verification of work done and problem solving
- Maintaining and updating solution baselines, tracking solution configuration changes and releases and administering change control reviews
- Keeping track of and driving actions related to product lifecycle (end-of-life, version upgrades, patches etc), contract matters (e.g. subscription renewals, billing, invoicing etc), compliance mandates, service characteristics (e.g scheduled down times, RTO, RPO, HA, DR), data protection etc) for TMS solutions

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Degree in IT or related discipline with 8 or more years experience
- Technical credibility in addressing architecture, security and infrastructure topics with relevant stakeholders
- Hands on capability in SQL, programming (Java or.Net preferred), Linux
- Technical know-how with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps)
- Skills and experience in solution consulting, project management and business analysis
