**Location**:Near Clarke Quay MRT station (5 minutes’ walk)

**Start Date**:February 2025

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cuisine dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.Work collaboratively with chef and kitchen team to create and execute the menu.

**Requirements**:

- 3 year experience as a cook, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
- Possess **WSQ**Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate**or **Refresher Food Safety Course Certificate**.

(- If you do not have this certification, we will sponsor you for the 1-day Food Safety Course upon passing the interview.)
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**任职要求**:

- 具有 3年以上厨房工作经验，最好有中餐制作经验。
- 持有 WSQ 食品安全课程一级证书或食品安全课程复习证书。
- 若未持有该证书，通过面试后公司将资助参加为期一天的食品安全课程。
- 熟悉厨房操作及食品处理规范。能在快节奏的环境中承受压力并高效工作。
