**Job Requirements **(工作要求)
- Able to maintain high standard of food quality and cleanliness.能够保持高标准的食品质量和清洁度。
- Japanese ala-carte cuisine environment. 日本的点菜美食环境。
- (like Yakimono, Agemono, Itememono, Ippinmono)
- Positive attitude and good hygiene. 积极的态度和良好的卫生习惯
- Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays.能够轮班，周末和公共假期

**Responsibilities**:
(职责)：
- Reports to the Kitchen Manager. 向厨房经理汇报.
- To assist Kitchen manager to do food ordering every week for all respective kitchen station. 每周协助厨房经理为所有各自的厨房站点菜。
- Prepare food according to company (SOP) and recipe. 根据公司（SOP）和食谱准备食物.
- Prepared Mise en place (sauce, vege, rice etc.) 现场准备的Mise（调味料，蔬菜，大米等）
- Clean food preparation area and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen. 清洁食物准备区并保持厨房清洁.
- Preparation work of Kitchen opening and closing operation hours.
- 厨房开闭时间的准备工作.
- Maintain food quality and standard. 保持食品质量和标准.
- Operates various kitchen appliance such as blender, oven, deep fryer and grill.操作各种厨房用具，例如搅拌机，烤箱，油炸锅和烧烤架。提供培训.
- Maintain good hygiene standards for their respective stations.保持各自站点的良好卫生标准.
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene. 遵循基本的美容和卫生措施，保持个人的良好卫生和清洁度.
- Assist caller whenever required to meet customer satisfaction. 必要时协助呼叫者满足客户满意度
- Handling multiple food orders at one time. 能够一次处理多个食物订单
- Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping others when needed. 协助其他厨师准备食物或在需要时帮助他人
- Any other job related duties requested b y Head Chef.由厨师长要求的其他与工作有关的职责
