**The Role**:
This position will be responsible for group consolidation and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the group consolidation and management reporting processes, including elimination of intercompany balances, investment in subsidiaries and other relevant areas in accordance with the statutory requirements.
- In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports
- Liaise with the business unit and overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting reports for management’s review and reporting to external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation of necessary audit schedules for the year-end financial statements and disclosures, and liaising with the external auditors for the year-end closing.
- Support in ad-hoc assignments and participate in special projects when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
- Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP and BPC Consolidation system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
- Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
- Other attributes includes being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
