**Job

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for experienced part-time lecturers in the following fields:

- Banking and Finance
- Organizational Culture
- Business Management
- Anthropology
- Sociology

Lesson timings are during office hours on weekdays, across three days

**Teaching, and Assessment**
- Deliver the course according to the syllabus provided
- Produce teaching and learning materials for the course
- Monitor student academic performance
- Marking and grading of coursework, classroom participation and examinations
- Coordinate with the Center Director on the academic progress of the students
- Participate in co-curricular activities and field trips

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Master's Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience or knowledge of course within a higher education context.
- Good classroom management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate the students
- Experience in e-learning platforms

This is a part-time contract role and the remuneration is $100-$130 per hour. Remuneration will commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience.
