
Desktop Support Engineer

We have partnered with a growing European company to find an **Desktop Support Engineer**, who will be responsible for technical support of the company's internal infrastructure. You'd be joining an international company with great culture. The position is permanently based in Singapore, has regular working hours and there is no shift work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing Level 1&2 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues,
- Monitoring smooth operation of company's infrastructure,
- Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and implementing solutions to fix them,
- Maintaining equipment by replacing or upgrading components as needed,
- Installing and maintaining computer networks, including printers and other peripherals.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with desktop support, generic IT support,
- Comfortable dealing with both software and hardware,
- Some knowledge of networking basics.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
