**Job Requirement**:
1. Deliver design output
- Study design and preparing the innovative jewellery ideas using sketches, Illustrator, 3D drawing, and technically sound drawings.
- Research and development of new designs - Drawings (2Dand CAD)
- Identify with expertise and design innovative and attractive jewellery pieces in accordance to brand product strategy along with target cost points.
- Generate concept and platform boards as seasonal jewellery trend presentation as directed by Buyer Head.
- Createthe layouts, technical drawings for Corporate Sales, according to requirements. Identify and develop cutting-edge fashion direction and interpret such key trends to in-season analysis to spearhead designs..

2. Trend-setting
- Research trends’ suitability for Poh Heng. (through physical external store visits and Internet/social media references)
- Market Research on:

- Market Trends
- Competitors
- Presentation to teams on findings and analysis for future planning
- Design story compilation
- Product trend roadmap planning

**Requirement**
- Degree/ Diploma in Design related discipline
- Min 5 years of relevant work experience
- Provide judgement on the aesthetic appeal of design introspection and analyzing the design’s ability to connect with target audience
- Ability to translate ideas into design solutions
- Sketch and prepare 3D designs and technical specifications for brand appropriate and trending products
