Process/project Engineer Delta V

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Technical expertise with respect to Emerson DeltaV or Rockwell Automation PLC/HMI system and software and in particular configuration in the company.
- Support software/hardware modification pertaining to the site Automation systems.
- Perform any modification/changes in terms of Hardware/Software in accordance with site GMP quality requirement.
- Support field troubleshooting with other internal Stakeholders.
- Interact with other departmental stakeholders like Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing as well as other staff within MSAT department on automation related enquiries.
- Support testing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Commissioning and Qualification in accordance with site GMP quality requirement.
- Support other technical changes and duties such as On Call/Shift duty as required
- Support Modbus/Devicenet/Profibus/Fieldbus and other types of devices communication protocol/devices in terms of troubleshooting/modification/addition. Support Variable Frequency (VFD) commissioning/modification and validation
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with bio manufacturing projects
- Knowledge/Proficient in DeltaV is a must
- Knowledge of site GMP quality requirement will be a plus
- Knowledge of upstream manufacturing will be a plus
- Pharmaceutical related experience preferred
- Must be team player, self-starter, curious with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in upstream / downstream / Central services process operation will be a plus
- Experience in equipment design for process equipment will be an advantage
- Experience in driving stainless steel equipment projects
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Emerson DeltaV System: 3 years (preferred)
- upstream / downstream / Central services process: 3 years (preferred)
- driving stainless steel equipment projects: 2 years (preferred)
