**Our client, one of the biggest technology companies in Asia, is looking for an **Head of Affiliates, you will be responsible for managing and expanding global affiliate partnerships, driving the growth and effectiveness of affiliate strategies across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Performance Marketing, this role will see you collaborate with a variety of teams, including operations and tech, to ensure our affiliate initiatives deliver significant results. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will drive innovation and measurable outcomes within our affiliate program.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead and Manage Affiliate Growth**
- Inspire and lead the affiliates team in crafting and executing strategies designed to fuel substantial business growth.
- Drive affiliate revenue by building, nurturing, and optimizing strategic partnerships across the globe.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, while strengthening existing relationships to maximize performance.
- Establish clear KPIs and shape the strategic direction of the affiliate program, ensuring continuous improvement and success.

**Strategize and Optimize Affiliate Programs**
- Set the vision for the affiliate program by refining the technology infrastructure and developing a comprehensive affiliate outreach strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to extract actionable insights that inform affiliate strategy and decision-making.
- Address any performance challenges promptly and ensure affiliate strategies remain effective across various markets.

**Collaborate Across Departments**
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as operations, tech, and marketing to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
- Gain valuable exposure to senior management by presenting performance data, strategic plans, and growth opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across diverse teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate initiatives in global markets.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in **Business**, **Marketing**, or a related field.
- **3-5 years** of experience leading regional or global affiliate marketing teams, with a proven track record of success.
- A minimum of **5 years** of experience in **business development**, **strategy**, or **project management** roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on using data to drive decisions and strategies.
- Knowledge and proficiency in **web technologies** and affiliate models, with experience in **digital strategy** and **mobile apps** being an advantage.
- Fluency in **English**; proficiency in additional **Asian languages** is a plus.
- Advanced skills in **Excel**, **Outlook**, and **PowerPoint** for data analysis and presentations.
