We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Senior English Teacher**with strong leadership capabilities and aspirations to grow into a **Vice Principal**role within our preschool. This opportunity is ideal for a committed educator who wants to start by making an impact in the classroom before progressing into school leadership.

**The Challenges**:

- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons to preschoolers.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's development.
- Support curriculum planning and implementation aligned with ECDA standards.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to uphold high-quality teaching practices.
- **Vet and review Chinese curriculum**to ensure alignment with educational goals and language development standards.
- Lead by example and gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior teachers and supporting centre operations.

**Leadership Progression**:

- Opportunity to transition into a **Vice Principal**role based on performance and readiness.
- Be involved in key decision-making processes, curriculum enhancement (including both English and Chinese), and centre leadership over time.
- Receive mentorship and training from senior management to prepare for future leadership responsibilities.

**What it Takes**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership**/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (recognized by ECDA).
- Strong background in English curriculum delivery and classroom management.
- **Able to vet and review Chinese curriculum content and structure.**:

- At least **2 years of teaching experience**, preferably with exposure to team mentoring or supervisory duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural team player with the ability to inspire and guide others.
- Passionate about early childhood development and committed to lifelong learning.
