This position is responsible to create CNC programing; communicating and aim to achieve optimum production objective while committing to promote a safe environment and workplace all time.
Perform Mazak CNC programing for precision parts as per drawing or technical specification.
Perform CNC milling & lathe programing and setting of job on CNC machines.
Locate raw materials, prepare tools, and generate programming offline required to perform the job.
Set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc) according to materials and tools selection to achieve optimum speed.
Perform progressive machining operations for precision parts.
Perform details machining process plan and estimate cycle time.
Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.
Supporting QC on compiling documentation, instrument calibration and gauge room support.

**Requirements**:
Secondary education/Nat'l trade cert with 5 years experiences in related field.
Minimum 5 years in CNC programing and reviewing toolings for machine tools.

NITEC / Higher/ Master or equivalent

Minimum of 5 year(s) experience needed for this position
