**Responsibilities**:
**Systems Support**
- Be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as servers.
- Ensure uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers that are in scope meet the needs of the users.
- Install, or upgrade computer components and software;
- Provide routine automation;
- Troubleshoot or supervise staff; or offer technical support for projects.
- Provide Level 2 infrastructure support.

**End-User Support**
- Provide Level 1 infrastructure support to end users.
- Handle user questions, complaints and problems, tracking, measuring.
- Set up user account administration and new Desktop, Laptop and Printer configuration.
- Provide basic mobile devices support.
- Support global operations across Asia and Europe remotely where required.

**Resolving Issues**
- Troubleshooting and resolution of reported issues including but not limited to Microsoft Windows and Office 365 desktop environment.
- Do basic Software installations according to company standards.
- Ticket routing and escalation to L2 and L3 Support.

**Security**
- Ensure productivity tools conform and are up to standard with latest company security policies.
- Responsible for maintaining and up-keeping of Security Software for Reconnects Global.
- Conduct regular security audits on company devices and tools.

**Reporting**
- Provide and maintain IT inventory, documentation and procedures.
- Report and escalate problems in a timely manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Information System or related disciplines.
- 5 - 10 years working experience in providing systems and desktop support services to users.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory and latest IT Security Compliance and best practices. (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST Framework).
- Previous working experience in Start-up Company will be advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to assist with drafting and guiding on best practices and procedures for their area of responsibility.
- Research and implement modern best practices that will assist the business with staying agile and in line with latest technologies.
- Good communication skills.

**Other**
- Knowledge of GDPR Compliance (Advantage)
- Experience working in Agile IT Teams (Advantage)
- Experience working with Jira Software (Advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
