**1.**Trading System Architecture & Design**:

- Lead the architecture design of trading platforms, including spot, margin, and derivatives trading, ensuring scalability, high availability, low latency, and high throughput.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks aligned with business needs and technical advancements to drive performance and innovation.
- Design and coordinate various trading modules to ensure seamless data flow and efficient inter-module collaboration.

**2.**Product Development - Spot & Derivatives**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers to analyze market demands and define functional and performance requirements for trading products.
- Lead the end-to-end development of spot and derivatives trading features, ensuring timely delivery and continuous optimization.
- Conduct performance tuning via load testing, stress testing, and profiling to ensure system stability under high concurrency.

**3.**System Optimization & Reliability Management**:

- Establish monitoring and alerting systems to ensure 24/7 system stability and rapid issue identification.
- Develop incident response and disaster recovery plans, ensuring quick recovery and mínimal user impact in case of outages.
- Design and implement redundancy and failover mechanisms to support seamless traffic switching and service continuity.

**4.**Risk Management & Operational Compliance**:

- Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to ensure the trading system aligns with real-time business needs and adapts to changing market conditions.
- Provide technical support for system launches, trading campaigns, and operational troubleshooting to ensure stable and compliant platform operations.

**5.**Team Collaboration & Technical Leadership**:

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in distributed systems, smart contract frameworks, and high-frequency trading architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement of the technology stack, including regular code reviews, version upgrades, and architecture optimization initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of backend or system development experience, with at least 3 years in trading system or high-performance transaction platforms.
- Strong proficiency in one or more core backend languages such as **Java, C++, or Golang**.
- Deep understanding of **trading system components**such as **matching engines, order books, margin systems, clearing & settlement, and risk modules**.
- Proven track record in building **low-latency**, **high-throughput**, and **mission-critical systems**.
- Experience in system optimization, distributed architecture design, and large-scale service deployment.
- Strong collaboration, business understanding, and ability to drive results in fast-moving environments.
