Healthcare Solutions Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative pharmacist to join our Clinical Affairs team in a unique clinical product development role. If you have a strong foundation in compounding pharmacy and are curious about how automation can transform healthcare, this is your chance to shape the future of pharmacy technology.

As a **Healthcare Solutions Specialist**, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team working at the intersection of clinical expertise, product design, and automation technology. You’ll support the development, testing, and deployment of automated compounding solutions, ensuring they are safe, accurate, and aligned with real-world clinical workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide pharmacy and compounding insights to support the development of automated compounding systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, hardware designers, and product managers to translate clinical needs into product features and workflows.
- Participate in product testing, validation, and documentation to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with pharmacy standards.
- Support deployment of automation solutions in healthcare settings through setup, verification, and user engagement.
- Deliver product demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and support onboarding for both internal teams and external clients.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand workflow challenges and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Analyze aseptic compounding processes and propose automation-driven enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for both manual and automated workflows in compliance with relevant standards.
- Ensure product development activities align with regulatory requirements, including USP

, and PIC/S guidelines.
- Provide clinical advisory support, troubleshooting, and implementation assistance to clients and partners.
- Contribute to the creation of user education materials, clinical content, and training documentation.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Registered pharmacist (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital, compounding, or clinical pharmacy
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and aseptic compounding principles
- Passionate about healthcare innovation, automation, and improving patient safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines
