[What the role is]

EXECUTIVE ENGINEER / ENGINEER, DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING CONTROL (DIR)

[What you will be working on]

- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering with at least two years of working experience.
- Resourceful, analytical, well-versed in various problem-solving, decision-making and process improvement tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with people of all levels
- Team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Adaptable, open to new ideas and able to execute tasks effectively
- Keen interest in driving process streamlining and innovation

Key Responsibilities
- Study and develop sustainable regulatory policy and approval processes on submissions of development proposal plans for approval by authority;
- Develop and sustain key dialogue channels with industry Trade Association Chambers (TACs) and industry professionals. This can be through existing engagement platforms such as the Transport Infrastructure Collaboration Platform, focused group discussion, amongst others.
- Plan, organize and execute industry engagement initiatives aimed at improving the clarity and accessibility of LTA’s rules and regulations to industry professionals, such as print & video publications, industry seminars and courses.
- Drive a service-orientated mindset for all LTA regulatory officers using the service journey and change-management framework, amongst others.

Requirement
