**Responsibilities**:

- **MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 7AM TO 11AM DAILY**_

1. Ensure the general tidiness and cleanliness of the overall office, especially the common areas such as the Conference/ Meeting Rooms, Linkway, Refreshment Area and AM/PM Working Area.

2. Maintain overall cleanliness of the Library, Chairman and Vice Chairman offices.

3. Vacuuming of carpeted floor in the mentioned areas.

4. Cleaning of pantry area, washing of cutlery, cups and bowls etc.

5. General Cleaning of all leather goods in the Conference/ Meeting rooms, Waiting Area, Discussion room, Library and Chairman/ Vice Chairman offices.

6. Assist Sarah with topping up of Refreshment/ Pantry Area items. i.e. Coffee capsules, drinking water, tissue/ kitchen towel, biscuits, etc.

7. Cover the duties of colleague when he is away or on leave.

8. Any other administrative duties assigned by the Management
- **BI-MONTHLY (SATURDAY - 7AM TO 11AM)**_

9. General cleaning of windows and ledge, panels and partitions, tall cabinets and high shelves (including Library) and all high touch surfaces. i.e. tables, chairs, door handles, wall switches, IT electronic devices like printers, computers, keyboard, mouse, telephones, etc.

10. Deep cleaning of Refreshment/ Pantry Area and Utility Room. i.e. Sinks, Dish racks, etc.

11. Stocktake of all cleaning items and inform admin if replenishment is required.

12. General cleaning of ceiling panels and stripes

13. Cleaning (with leather lotion) of all leather goods in all the meeting rooms, waiting area, discussion room and all offices.

14. Cleaning of all refrigerators. i.e. Refreshment Corner, Utility Room & Pantry (to check for expired items and inform admin the following working day).

**Job Requirement**
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- **Strictly no walk-in is allowed. **_

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $1,750.00 per month
