MBA Intern - Strategy Team

Engages in and helps deliver business consulting projects that involve strategy development, organizational restructuring, and management improvement to maximize efficiencies. Works with senior management/leaders to solve critical business challenges by taking a structured approach to analyzing the business, making recommendations for change and effectively communicating them. Adds long-term value to ensure company is properly positioned for the future

Principal Responsibilities
- Plays an active role in strategy and transformation engagements
- Leads workstreams on engagements entailing ownership of data gathering and analysis, deliverable creation and communication
- Conducts analyses synthesizing data across different sources to identify issues, trends and takeaways
- Communicates in writing through work deliverables and verbally in a clear and concise manner to describe findings, share ideas and make recommendations
- Continuously monitors, identifies and implements best practices, tools and methods
- Aligns multiple stakeholders around highly difficult or complex solutions and issues
- Collaborates with leaders from business units as well as internal project teams
- Provides recommendations to senior management on strategic issues
- Contributes to internal Strategy organization development

Essential Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA curriculum
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced presentation skills
- Possesses and applies broad knowledge to complex assignments
- Advanced business acumen

Desirable Requirements
- Prior strategy consulting experience preferred
- Advanced technical aptitude
