**Job Description Summary**:

2. Responsibilities
- Manage marketing communication materials for critical marketing communication development and initiatives
- Create/update digital assets for websites and social media platforms
- Work with internal and external resources to develop effective, compelling copywriting for a variety of mediums
- Assist with creating agendas and preparing for meetings
- Attend conferences and take notes as needed
- Research industry trends and competitor activity; prepare reports summarizing findings
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, and registration
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects

3. Qualifications

**Required Skills**:

- MBA, Consulting background is preferred.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Concur Expense Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
