
Customer Experience Officer

We are looking for a passionate and professional Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Segment Management team to help us perform customer service duty for our Singapore Pools Account (SPA).
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, Customer Segment Management, the Digital Service Ambassadors will have day-to-day responsibility of front facing customers at our Singapore Pools Branches.
However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in sales or customer service, we want to talk to you.
**What You'll Do**
- You will need to talk to retail customers about SPA at the branches.
- You will need to talk to retail customers about IPA at selected branches to facilitate interested customers to download, set-up and use the app.
- You will need to assist existing SPA customers on SPA related services such as password reset, deposits and withdrawals.
**Who You Are**
- You will need a minimum GCE O' Level with relevant experience in hospitality, sales or customer service preferred
- You should be able to talk and sell to customers, i.e. soft-selling skills
- You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You should be a good team player but able to work on own initiatives with minimum guidance.
- You should be willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
