The role involves performing **analytical testing on antibodies and recombinant proteins**, utilizing techniques such as **capillary electrophoresis, HPLC/UPLC, ELISA, qPCR, and oligosaccharide profiling**, including **high-throughput methods** (e.g., Bravo, Hamilton). The position includes **method troubleshooting, optimization, and data interpretation** in alignment with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute analytical methods and troubleshoot/optimize protocols.
- Maintain high standards of scientific documentation and data integrity.
- Identify and investigate atypical results.
- Communicate effectively within and across departments and global teams.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of assigned project tasks.
- Support department operations, including efficiency improvements, safety, and training.
- Participate in equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and occasional weekend work.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in a relevant science discipline.
- Knowledge of protein production, purification, and analytical methods.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cGMP and laboratory automation (preferred but not required).
