At Mindlab Tuition Centre, we are dedicated to providing high-quality educational programs and personalized tutoring services. We are currently seeking a **SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE **to join our team. This role offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, making it ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing. Previous experience in digital marketing would be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential customers and provide information about our tuition programs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various digital platforms
- Utilize social media and online channels to promote our tuition services and increase brand awareness
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and build connections
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

**Requirements**:

- A passion for sales and marketing with a drive to achieve KPI targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to effectively manage your time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Digital marketing experience or knowledge is an added advantage
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the education industry is a plus, but not required
