As the motor contact centre customer service senior executive officer of our company, you will identify, address customers' motor insurance enquires. You will offer solutions and lend a helping hand in alleviating their concerns. You are to ensure that our policyholders' enquiries are handled in a prompt and professional manner daily and that our Contact Centre remains the preferred way for our customers to reach us.

You will be required to:

- To perform due diligence in protecting customer information by adhering to Contact Centre Verification workflow to make sure policy information is provided to the rightful policyholder (PH).
- Identify customers needs and problems and providing the right resolution.
- Assist to escalate customer’s concern to the relevant business unit if required.
- Perform post-case administration for future reference.
- Manage a team of customer service officer.
- Manage escalate case from the team member.

To join us as a Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre), you should:

- Have obtained diploma or degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification in will be an advantage
- Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre
- Exceptional customer service, active listening with verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy taking to people over the phone and able to answer queries with accurate info
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be prepared to deal with complex problems
- Able to work independently and team player

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)
