**What will I be doing?**
- We are looking for a Finance and HR Executive to:
- Be responsible for the full set of financial accounts and the preparation of annual reports in full compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting standards.
- Analysis on financial variance in P&L and Balance Sheet and cash flow report.
- Handle full set of accounts (AP & AR)
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensuring that project billings are issued to clients on time
- Work closely with business units to ensure effectiveness of AR collection
- Perform bank reconciliation and month end closing
- Process staff claims and corporate card transactions
- Prepare Intercompany billing transactions
- Support Finance/Accounting Operations in General Accounting
- Coordinate and liaise with all internal and external parties such as auditors, secretarial agents, tax agents, bankers, statutory authorities, and local authorities where required.
- Handling all tax matters such as corporate tax, GST etc
- Stay current with all regulations, practices, tax laws, reporting requirements and industry trends.
- Perform day to day financial accounting functions
- Assist with employee onboarding and exits
- Application/Renewal/Termination of Foreign Employees Work Passes (EP, SP, DP etc)
- Maintain employee personnel file and HR / Leave records in HR system
- Manage staff medical insurance claims with insurance broker
- Prepare of documents for submission of government paid leave claims (CCL, ML, PL, NS)
- Monthly payroll processing, including preparation of IR8A
- Prepare related reports where required
- Manage office administrative matters
**What will I need?**
- Previous General Accounting experience; Balance Sheet, P&L, Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, Financial Statements, Full spectrum of reporting.
- Previous working experience in agency is preferred
- Knowledgeable in accounting software Paprika is added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Partner closely with various business unit(s), create a real and active partnership with management
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently.
- The desire to learn and grow within the organisation
