Motion Graphics Artist

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work with the team to execute motion graphics projects ranging from simple 2D graphic animations through to complex 3D and CGI scenes
- Work with the team to develop treatments/storyboards/style frames or animatics for projects to help visualize ideas
- Create and design assets and other graphics to be animated in AE and C4D
- Create animated elements for other team members to use across other offline and online stages
- Build projects with adaptation in mind, keeping layers clean so they can be used for language versioning down the line
- Working with the team to help trouble shoot challenges that arise in the projects
- Addressing feedback from internal team and clients
- Self-manage small projects
- Providing feedback to project managers to stay on top of timelines and flag issues before they arise

- Artistic eye - with a great understanding of design, composition, layout, typography, graphics in general.
- Attention to detail - making sure every layer is turned on/off correctly, staying on top of all feedback notes.
- Organised - keeping files clean so that they are useable by the next team in the pipeline.
- Good communicator - we work on projects as a team and comms is essential to that.
- Proactive - seeking out problems and finding ways to solve them to help the team as a whole.
- A solid understanding of the postproduction process from beginning to end
