Barista/all Rounder

We are looking for full time barista to join our team in providing a great cafe environment for our patrons to enjoy the happiness in the cups of coffee we serve.

The right barista uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

A typical day will include opening and closing coffee bar and cafe, cleaning, building relationship with customers, innovating different ways and products to attract and retain more customers, and working with other team members to ensure smooth service at all times.

Ultimately, it is the duty of our Barista to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**

Ø Able to make basic beverages (eg. latte, cappuccino, tea etc.). Latte art will be a bonus

Ø Create other drinks and beverages with nice presentation

Ø Provide good & friendly customer service, cashier duties, cleaning of dining area and dishwashing

Ø To sell, prepare and serve drinks and food items to customers

Ø Plating of cakes, packaging food and beverages, replenishing items in display cases behind the counter

Ø To assist on creating drinks menu and developing new products & seasonal menu

Ø To assist in stock take and inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner

Ø To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Ø Maintains safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations

Ø Follow all relevant health department regulations

Ø Proper maintenance and care for all coffee equipments such as coffee grinder and espresso machine

Ø Responsible to wear the cafe apron that is provided and to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
