Head Barista

Whether you’re dialing in espresso or recommending a seasonal drink, your input matters—and your work is always appreciated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and serve as a welcoming point of contact throughout their visit.
- Engage with customers to provide thoughtful recommendations on our selection of craft packaged beers, based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the bar, guest areas, and service stations throughout the day.
- Uphold all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including hygiene, safety, and beverage handling protocols.
- Support smooth café operations during busy periods through clear communication and teamwork.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to ensure a high standard of service and workflow.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista, café, or customer-facing beverage role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging presence—able to make guests feel welcome and well cared for.
- Interest or experience in craft beer, with the confidence to offer basic tasting notes or pairing suggestions.
- Able to multitask efficiently between bar work and front-of-house duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Holds a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,200 per month
