**Application Technologist**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop formulations for new products and revise existing formulas to meet changing requirements
- Conduct stability studies across different product matrices to ensure consistent performance
- Partner with customers to develop and optimize product formulations
- Provide technical guidance on manufacturing processes and parameters
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in production environments
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentation
- Evaluate ingredient interactions and determine optimal usage levels
- Understand and communicate processing constraints and ingredient restrictions
- Build and maintain detailed documentation of flavor performance and stability data
- Follow proper laboratory procedures and safety protocols
- Select optimal flavor and ingredient combinations based on technical requirements
- Support regulatory compliance in formula development
- Transfer technical knowledge to customer R&D teams when needed

**Required Qualifications**
- BSc in Food Science/Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes
- Experience working directly with customers
- Proven ability to solve technical challenges
- Good documentation and communication skills
