**The Opportunity**
We are looking for our Head of Key Account - Diversification Strategy APAC to be the leader of the CINT business to expand with Brands and Consultancies in our most strategic markets (Japan, Singapore, ANZ, India ). The role reports to the APAC EVP and will be based in Singapore.
The position provides an experienced consultative sales professional with a tremendous appetite for expansion and new client opportunities. In this role, you are an established hunter and will be responsible for expanding a client portfolio within those verticals, selling Cint’s full suite of Services and Saas products. It will also require advocacy and empowering customers to transform and adapt to new digital trends in the market.
The role will work closely with each SVP in the market, Sale Head in market and by a customer development teams to make sure we expand in each territory, develop joined sale efforts and win global accounts in the best possible.
**What You Will Do**
- Secure revenue through new contracted relationships and hit APAC annual budget requirement (role is tied to regional revenue quota at those verticals).
- Implement and steer our Sale new vertical GTM strategy in collaboration with each territory (macro level trends/ opportunities for growth/accounts prioritization/offerings /thought leadership). Each SVP and the APAC EVP acting as sponsor.
- Drive growth with major accounts (large/strategic accounts that span across regions) through detailed account plans and metric tracking.
- Make sure we rapidly build a pipeline and win new opportunities through strategic, locked-in relationships.
- Develop various regional and local market strategies to enhance growth in coordination with sales teams.
- Accountability in developing broad and deep relationships at all levels - key stake holder/role mapping, penetration and ability to influence C- level.
- Proactively analyze all customer requirements and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Create and drive the right behaviors for Cint to operate cross-regionally to build and support unified account plans for those verticals. Drive cross-regional coordination (OKR, monthly cadence, internal QBRs (cross-regional), yearly growth strategy workshop).
- Lead pitch and RFI efforts for strategic and global sales opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders in the company.
- Co-ordinate globally to ensure knowledge and center of excellence in APAC.
- Coordinate with customer success/operation/legal functions and ensure all work is completed according to customer requirements.
- Analyze and prepare forecasts/estimates as well as present comprehensive sales growth plans.
- Participate in various industry events and conferences to contribute to industry message and Cint thought leadership presentation.
**What We Are Looking For**
- At least 8 years of Insight sales in market research, digital advertising, consumer data SaaS product or related industry
- 5+ years experience working with Key Accounts within Brands & Consultancies in a global organization
- Proven and successful strategic solution sales (value selling), negotiation and account management experience
- Demonstrable experience in establishing framework and processes working across transversal teams/stakeholders
- Ability to immediately approach appropriate, high-level contacts at target firms
- Track record of successfully meeting sales goals and managing a sales portfolio
- Strong sense for technology, with the ability to demonstrate, and speak about new technologies
- RFI and pitch leadership ability
- Business travel will be required
**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience in MR industry preferable, or having the ability to understand how to deliver research is necessary for the role
- Experience of working with and meeting Sales KPIs
- Strong written and verbal communicator, relationship building proven track, face to face sales experience
- Experience in working internationally with global teams
- Experience working with internal sales tools, including CRM, to manage prospecting and business development efforts/pipeline management
