**Operations Specialist Support (6 months Contract)**:
**SUMMARY**:
Our client currently continuing their rapid growth in the Asia Pacific is seeking an operational expert (6 months contract) interested in maximizing their potential to bring joy and delight to the APAC gaming community by ensuring that they have the proper inventory at the right places at the right time with the right value.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Accountable for the accurate and efficient processing of APAC order administration received through various channels, including end-to-end ownership of order flow, fulfillment, solicitation, payment, disputes, and archiving of documentation.
-Manage relevant requests, escalations, and resolutions between internal and external stakeholders, including technology, logistic, warehouse, operation, commercial, brand, and marketing teams.
Coordinate the regional product planning process, ensuring effective, accurate forecasting.
-Track and optimize company’s inventories in all APAC warehouses, maintaining correct levels to meet sales demand and mitigate potential obsolescence.
-Manage the process of setting up products for forecasting.
-Oversee the shipping of products from production centers to APAC warehouses.
-Review and propose an improvement to APAC demand planning and supply chain processes.
-Ensure all internal processes are followed and aligned with compliance.
-Perform other duties as defined and needed.
-Excellent accomplishment of a variety of operational and planning functions such as coordinating initial print runs across the region, managing specification changes across teams, forecasting, product line analysis, and reprints initiation.
-Administers several different systems and processes to support the broader APAC sales, finance, and logistics teams in achieving company’s goals
**REQUIREMENTS**:
2+ Years of Sales, Supply Chain, or Logistics Experience
-Four-year degree in business administration, sales management, finance, or similar field, or equivalent work experience required.
-Proficient with Excel
-Experience with SAP, John Galt, or other Enterprise Level Sales & Inventory systems
-Technically minded and love digging into systems
-Process minded - comfortable following a procedure and looking for improvements in that process
-Forward-thinking - Identifying potential problems before they turn into a critical issue
-Clear, proactive communication is a must
-Able to work with a very diverse group of people in different time zones, countries, and cultures.
-A high degree of ownership and commitment, responsible, and working fast independently and in a team.
-Versatile and quick learner who can quickly learn and pick up new things and adapt easily to all circumstances.
-Ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer and business data.
-Strong documentation skills include attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and action-oriented skills.
