Job Responsibilities:

- To ensure the sports facilities and equipment are properly maintained and be operational ready,
- Able to multi-task,
- Be self-discipline to execute the scheduled tasks,
- Follow up closely with the progression,
- Be responsible to provide on site event support and perform basic counter admin role, and
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Facility Management
- Physically fit for outdoor duties.
- Able to swim confidently.
- Routine maintenance tasks
- Follow up closely with outstanding matters
- Able to liaise with vendor for maintenance and upgrading work

Event Management
- Physically fit to execute pre, during and post-event operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers (if required).

Administration
- Process daily counter admin work such as facility bookings, billings etc.
- Customer service mindset and skill is expected
- Able to answer/direct phone calls.

Others:

- A Self-discipline and self-motivated as well as team player.
- Multi-tasking skill is required.

Job Requirement:

- N level or ITE Certification preferably in Sports
- Physically fit
- Able to swim confidently
- Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage
- Video editing skill is an advantage.
