**Responsibilities**:

- Manage of Director's schedules and co-ordinating
- Organise and schedule meetings, prepare meeting documentation, note taking
- Implement and streamline systems and processes to run the office effectively
- General office management
- Provide hands on support for recruitment processes
- Reviewing job advertisements and ensuring that they are tailored for the role

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resource
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
