We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and top-performing individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing team as a Temp Staffing Agency - Operations Executive.

We are committed to nurturing and developing you into a leadership position where you will oversee a larger team of Recruitment Consultants and lead HR projects, specifically in temporary staffing for the hospitality and logistics industry in Singapore.

You will also help develop processes to facilitate the international expansion of our company, where we will be providing a wider range of HR services, presenting opportunities to touch on other areas of HR businesses both locally and overseas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the recruitment team to ensure efficient completion of the recruitment cycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve team performance.
- Lead HR projects focusing on temporary staffing in the hospitality and logistics industry in Singapore.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and performance metrics.
- Support the development of processes to facilitate growth and expansion.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
