**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible to supervise, coordinate and organize the intra-departmental routine activities of your Department.
- Manage production in Workshop
- Manage sample leftovers in Workshop
- Review existing work flows and procedure and make recommendations for improvements and executing improvement plans.
- Make proposal to HOD on new SOPs that deem fits.

2. Ensure that all personnel in your department shall act impartially, be competent and work in accordance with the laboratory’s management standards.

3. Ensure the daily activities of your team comply with QA procedures and standards.

4. Ensure the daily activities of your team comply with Workplace Health & Safety regulations

5. Managing, coaching and developing your direct subordinate(s) in order to develop and make optimal use of their competences, skills and knowledge and to operate as a well-functioning team.

**KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE**
- At least 3 years of experience in managing workshop operations and operating machines.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Design or the related industries
- Forklift License will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively across the organization
- Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team
- Basic IT Skills - MS Office
- Ability to use AutoCAD or Solidwords will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:
