DESIGNATION : Operations Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians.
- Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing.
- Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop.
- Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.
- Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.
- Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment.
- Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts.
- Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.

QUALIFICATIONS
Secondary school education level

OTHER INFORMATION

**Requirements**:

- Possess experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive workshop
- Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and workers).

- Mon Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Every Sat : 8.30am to 2.30pm
- Company transport from Clementi MRT (One-way)
- Company phone will be provided
- Additional Night Standby Allowance is provided
