**What you will be working on**
- Roles & Responsibilities: - Conceptualise, develop and deliver junior and youth sports curriculum, programmes and events to engage and nurture young children in sport in line with the vision of living better through sport. - Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the parents of the Academy’s junior and youth participants to enhance their appreciation of and support for their child’s involvement in sport - Oversee the recruitment, payment and sourcing for potential development opportunities of coaches as educators and role models in guiding and nurturing the Academy’s junior and youth participants - Establish quality working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including corporates and private academies to build a stronger ecosystem for the sport - Manage and monitor coaches’ contracts to safeguard SportSG’s interest - Manage all administrative matters to archive operational excellence - Other ad-hoc assignment by Reporting Officer
