**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant with expertise in SAP accounting software to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance department in line with business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain financial records using SAP accounting software.
- Perform regular bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support audits and implement any necessary financial controls.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally with part-time or contract experience.
- Proficiency in **SAP accounting software is mandatory **.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Chinese.
- Familiarity with Singapore tax regulations and reporting is a plus.
