**Objective of role**:

- Support in reporting, planning and purchasing in the merchandising function for all brands in the company

**Key accountabilities**:

- To create and update master brands’ line-sheets with products information and attributes.
- Assist to check ITEM details with product master for ITEM creation in system.
- Assist to check and verify shipping invoices against Order placed for Purchase Orders creation.
- Assist to liaise and connect with logistic team for shipment arrangement.
- Assist to create credit memo with supporting documents to align and hand to finance for reconciliation.
- Assist to check and verify physical samples and system updates, including coordination of samples movement.
- To download and maintain product image library.
- Undertaking Ad-hoc Merchandising support as assigned.

**Key Attributes**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Management/ Fashion Merchandising/Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant discipline.
- A good team player.
- Proactive, takes initiative, numerically and data-driven.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $1,000.00 per month
