Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support our Merchandising team in driving efficient operations and insightful market analysis. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end merchandising processes, from order management to trend analysis, within a dynamic retail environment.

Weekly Reporting

  • Prepare and update weekly merchandising and sales reports to support business decisions.

Order and Sample Management

  • Assist with tracking product orders and managing samples for upcoming launches and collections.

GRN Coordination with Warehouse

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing for all incoming stocks.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including DHL/shipment coordination and preparation of store training decks and materials.

Trend & Competition Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and opportunities to enhance our assortment and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Eagerness to learn with a hands-on, can-do attitude

Internship Details:

  • Availability: Full-time preferred; part-time (3-4 days per week) candidates are welcome
  • Duration: Minimum 3 months to 6 months
  • Internship stipend: $8,00 - $1,200 per month;
  • Location: Bugis, 152 Beach Road, Gateway East
  • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
