**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretariat and Legal team, including filing and mailing - Coordinate and work closely within the team and with the business units to prepare for the Board/ Board committee meetings within the timelines - Work with the team on the set up of the Board/Board committee meetings and logistics to ensure smooth running of the meetings - Coordinate the circulation of monthly reports and adhoc papers to the Board/Board committees (via circular resolution) including filing the papers and approvals - Provide administrative support to the Board members - Assist with the preparation of resolutions/ minutes and materials required by business units, auditors and regulators - Ensure smooth running of office operations within the department, including maintenance of office equipment, requisition of office stationery, and updating of user guides - Process petty cash claim forms and reimbursement claims
